Rental Conditions

 

Arrivals 5 pm departures by 11 am

Bookings are on  Sat to Sat basis but we will accept any week day if available.

Property’s weekend apply to Fri Sat Sun.

20-30% payable on booking and remainder 6 weeks before arrival.

Refundable 400 GB Pounds  security deposit required with final balance payment.

Pool heating 26-27C  700 GBP/week(30/5 till 20/10)

Pool heating 26-27C  850 GBP/week(21/10 till 29/5)

Indoor paddle pool and sauna steam room at 950 GB P /week

Please quote for chef  ,babysitter,driver,car hire,limousine hire,private jet,wedding decorations,photographer ,beauty treatments etc.

 

PRICES INCLUDE

 

House Keeping 6 times/week,pool maintaince  man 3 times/week,gardener once /week,linen change twice a week,beachtowels once/week,supervisor available on call 24/7,welcome pack,aircondition throughout,final cleaning.
